Windsor Counterbalance Forklift Training - Demand is always high for our popular Counterbalance Forklift Truck Training courses. A Counterbalance forklift refers to a forklift with a weight that counters the balance, enabling the weight of the load to be spread equally across the forklift arms. Counterbalance forklifts are designed so the weight behind the center of gravity is counterbalanced by the weight on the lift. The load is projected out from the machine's front so it is visible to the operator of the forklift. This particular kind of forklift truck must just be used on level, stable ground or on a prepared surface.
Forklift drivers are needed to obtain training which will enable them to better understand the proper or right way across the forklift arms. The trainee will be taught to properly raise and lower the load vertically and how to tilt the lift truck mast, moving the mast between 5 and 15 degrees both forwards and backwards. Trainees would know the RTITB standards needed for safely operating the forklift. Trainees would also become familiar with the kinds of attachments for the arms of the forklift.
